Refund policy

We want you to love your Pelesshuli scarf. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: the scarf must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, scarves that have been worn as a hair or head wrap cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return: email us at omripeles0711@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or wrong item: if your scarf arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping is free, so no shipping fee is deducted.
